Stain and antibody-treated sections of 3 juvenile horseshoe crab tissues: (Silva): Presumptive gonads in females from third year in females but not males: sex size and numbers not different up to three years. (Eaton): neuromuscular junctions (NMJs) are cholinergic, using Anti ACh and Anti AChr in fluorescence/ confocal microscopy. (O'Donnell): neurotrophic factor Ependymin is intercellular in the ganglia and neuropil of CNS (HRP-anti-EPN). Immuno-TEM results were negative.
