Elemental Diffusion Due to Annealing Conditions and its Effect on the Degradation of Perovskite Solar Cell Devices
PublicContenu téléchargeable
open in viewerAs climate change worsens, improvements in renewable energy sources become increasingly important. Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are a promising type of solar cell, but currently have poor lifetimes that exclude them from commercial use. The goal of this project was to develop a method to analyze the diffusion of constituent elements across the layers of PSCs to aid in the understanding of device degradation. Results agree with the literature, indicating that this method is viable for use in future research.
