Developing algorithms for a command recognition system

Public

The purpose of this project was to develop a real-time voice command recognition system by using digital signal processing algorithms. These algorithms included time domain methods, frequency domain methods, and cepstral analysis. The development of these algorithms was performed in MATLAB, which allowed for user accessibility and configurability. Testing was performed on these algorithms in order to achieve a desired accuracy. The end result was a system that was user-defined with a 15-word command dictionary and a simple user interface.
