Public

The current resident, Alsco Industries, is an expanding manufacturing company in need of larger facilities for production, packaging, and storage. The existing structure was built, and still owned today, by Millyard Industrial Properties of Oxford, MA. It is currently 20,000ft? and the proposed addition is 43,000ft?. The design included the site layout and structure of reinforced steel. The results accompany a cost estimate, site issues, ethical and economic analysis, recommendations of the structural design, and summary of conclusions.
