The purpose of this Interactive Qualifying Project (IQP) was two-fold: to study and enhance the education efforts on Type II Diabetes, and to determine the feasibility of a Tortola Project Center. The primary aim of this site would be to continue in the trails we blazed in our efforts studying Type II Diabetes in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). This entailed building contacts, and establishing the appropriate paper trail. We conclude that a project site in Tortola would be beneficial to WPI.
