Real time acoustic software radio

Public

The Acoustic Software Radio project came as a result of the declining enrollment in communications courses. To encourage enrollment, the team designed analog and digital software-based communication systems that could easily be modified or used for assignments, laboratory experiments, and demonstrations in a classroom. These systems were thoroughly tested in multiple channels to ensure their proper operation. Based on the results of the experiments, we made recommendations to expand the software radio library and redefine classroom demonstrations.
