Java BRDF viewer

Public

A Bi-directional Reflection Distribution Function, BRDF, is a mathematical model used to reproduce a realistic reflection in computer generated graphics. To study the effects of BRDFs, one uses a BRDF viewer. Existing viewers generally require specialized hardware, such as a Silicon Graphics workstation, or at least some specific Unix-variant operating system. The aim of this project is to create a BRDF viewer readily accessible over the web that requires a minimal technical background to use. With such a BRDF viewer, more people will easily be able to study BRDFs.
