Ding Dong Xiaoxiang Network Technology Co., Ltd (DDX) is a company in Hangzhou, China that seeks to better understand the extracurricular market. We provide business insights to our sponsor in effective management of DDX especially with respect to cooperative efforts. Our goal is to research and understand the extracurricular market in the United States to help inform the sponsor. We complete this research by exploring similar hands-on programs and cooperative strategies from extracurricular providers in the United States. To obtain this information, we conducted interviews with companies in the U.S. that offer hands-on learning activities, companies that offer event planning, and companies that act as platforms for schools and after-school classes. We also conducted research on existing literature and analyzed the content of websites relative to our sponsor’s business. We used this information to make general business recommendations to our sponsor on how to successfully work with HIBL activity providers and develop an overall business plan including strategic, operations, finance and marketing plans.
