This report describes the process employed during the creation of an online style guide prototype. The facilities of the NMS Communications Corporation were used to conduct research on and apply improvements to a style guide at the company. Background research, questionnaires, and employee interviews were used to ensure that the improved style guide's contents would be useful in a real-world situation. The final product of this project is a prototype of an online style guide for the NMS Communications Corporation, and recommendations to employees for completing the online style guide in the future.
