Methodology for implementing a single-step workflow system

Public

This report, prepared for Morgan Stanley in New York, describes a two-month study analyzing the Prime Brokerage Department for the purpose of implementing a single step workflow system. Through our work observing the department, interviewing employees, researching up-to-date information in the workflow area, and diagramming process flows, the team developed an array of observations and formulated a best-practices document for use in implementing a single-step workflow into any department in Morgan Stanley.
