The city of Worcester is currently building a new vocational high school. This project makes an assessment of the scheduling and progress of construction, prepares a cost estimate of the building foundation system using 3D Digital Model, reviews the design of a foundation wall for constructability, and makes observations about the communications, interactions between parties and the effectiveness of a web-based project management tool. Data collection included regular site visits, studying the plans and specifications, and conducting and interviews.
