This report explains the methods used to create a tool for software evaluation for use by the Danish Centre for Technical Aids for Rehabilitation in Hoje Taastrup, Denmark. The tool will allow software evaluators to standardize their methods of assessment and use their results to make unbiased comparisons. A copy of the final result, along with the justification for the inclusion of its components, can be found in the final chapters of this report.
