Technical study & authenticity -- Egyptian jewelry

Public

This project was commissioned by Worcester Polytechnic Institute in conjunction with the Worcester Art Museum in Worcester, Massachusetts. Various physical as well as compositional dating techniques were implemented to determine the approximate age and authenticity of objects believed to be of ancient Egyptian origin. By doing so, the validity of these artifacts was determined for museum purposes.
