This project dealt with site planning and development of an 80+ acre industrial park on Old Webster Road in Oxford, Massachusetts. This included site planning, traffic planning, storm water management, and wetlands conservation. Also, a preliminary structural design for a 72,000 square foot manufacturing facility was created. Through interaction with authorities having jurisdiction, architects, engineers, contractors, and developers, recommendations were made to the owner for future development.
