Rodent automated sleep scoring

Public

An accurate automated sleep scoring system is a very useful tool for research in sleep laboratories such as the one at SRI International headed by Dr. Thomas Kilduff. Based on previous research and the knowledge of many sleep experts, we use pattern recognition techniques to implement a flexible system to train classifiers. We assess which kind of classifier performs best, how accurate the scoring of different states is and how flexible the system is.
