To run BioBridge, download and unzip (with a program such as winzip or 7zip) the accompanying BioBridge_demo.zip file.

The file BioBridge1.0.jar will run BioBridge.  Depending on how Java is setup, this may be as simple as running any other program (double-click).

If that does not work, verify Java7 is installed.  You may download Java from http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

You may also have to launch BioBridge from the command line.  On windows, type cmd in the run box on the start menu.  Navigate to where BioBridge1.0.jar is located and run the command "java -jar BioBridge1.0.jar"

Updated versions of BioBridge will be hosted through WPI's website, likely on Matt Ward's research page.
