The goal of this project is to design a mechanism that will pick up a part, invert it 180 degrees, and then place it in a new location. This report outlines task specifications for the design, explains background research, summarizes preliminary design ideas, and fully details and depicts the final design as well as the design process for the inversion mechanism.
