The spiral model of development is a risk management model often used in software development. It entails a cyclical process of identifying user needs, developing prototypes to meet these needs, determining the success of the new developments, and using the feedback from this process to begin identifying a new set of user needs. This project involves ascertaining the viability of the spiral development model in the video game industry, as well as discussing the design, implementation, and analysis of Project Flex, a game developed using the Spiral Development model.
