The principal objective of this paper is to exhibit the most feasible method to design a multi-functional SUV rear seat successfully. The intent of this project is to provide a detailed explanation of the steps taken to design the rear seat. Thus, it provides the essentials of the SUV seat market as well as samples of the designs from the group, in which it is possible to appreciate the common risks and mistakes a designer is susceptible to while implementing an idea. In addition, it includes an explanation of the methodology utilized by the group.
